Ok, so this week we're taking ERBs at my school. If you don't know what they are, they're standerdized tests that everyone except the PreKers and Kindergardeners have to take. I guess they're like SOLs. But anyways, they're an EVIL plot to drain the life out of young people!!! If you don't believe me, listen to (or read) this, everyone in my homeroom class is pretty much wide awake when we show up and then as we take them its just like drooooop. And we're all tired as heck! They are the worst thing ever! The upside is that they take two class periods so we don't have all of our classes for that day, soooo we have less homework!!! Yay! That's ALWAYS a good thing!
Also, my parents, three of my friends, and I just spent a good chunk of time looking for my cat. She was in our garage and my dad opened it to take the trash cans in (he didn't know she was in there) and she ran out! So I was in the living room, and I heard this banging on the window. So, we walked around for awhile trying to find her; and I thought I was going to get kidnapped at least three times because I was alone and didn't have a flashlight. Anyways, I saw a shadow run across the yard behind ours and we asked the guy whose house it was if we could, he said we could. I had some technical difficulties with the gate (he had to let me in) and just as I started looking around I saw something scrambling up the fence (I thought it was a squirrel) and it was her! She got up on the fence and looked at me like "you'll never catch me coppers!" and went into my nieghbors' yard! So I looked in their yard, under their porch and shed, in their nieghbors' yard, under THEIR house, and then went to the other side of our house. (we found her two houses over) By then two of my friends had joined us. She ran out somehow, and she was on our porch. I tried to get her and she hissed at me and tried to rip my hand off. She ran around the porch alittle bit. Then she ran out. Me and my two friends chased her to Caitlin's house. I shoved my head under their house and told her to come rip my face off. (Because I thought that would be an appealing prospect for her) It turns out that it was Henrietta, Caitlin's cat, and that Cleo was trying to get inside through the backdoor but Lucky, one of Alex's cats that hangs around our house, was there and the door was closed. Mom let her in and she went to eat her food. She's such a nut job!!!
